There is a lot to see so please arrive 15 minutes before 10:30 am.
We will be doing a liquid nitrogen lab and making nano-ice cream.
Please wear closed toed shoes.
If someone (parent or child) attending the program has a dairy allergy, please reply to the confirmation email with a dairy substitute. We can make ice cream with coconut milk, almond milk, soy milk, etc. (coconut is probably the best).
