Payment for any programs you have enrolled in is due before the program date. Available slots for programs are filled on a first come, first serve basis. The number of slots available for each program is based on available staff and safety requirements and we apologize for any filled programs in which you would like your child enrolled.
Scholarships can be awarded on the basis of financial need. SMILE Camp reserves the right to hand out scholarships as we see fit, and the terms of which scholarship eligibility is determined are private.
Cancellation, Refunds & Exchanges
In most cases, refunds will be issued in the form of credit which will be added back to your account. All refunds and cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and SMILE Camp reserves the right to determine when and if refunds are appropriate. For example, a refund may be considered if a family has to move or if long-term illness will prevent a child from attending future camps, making credit to an account irrelevant. Exchanges of time slots may be considered due to scheduling conflicts. Please contact SMILE Camp as soon as you are aware of a scheduling conflict, and we will do our best to work with you and resolve the issue.
Your child’s safety is our primary concern. Thus, only a parent, guardian, or explicitly named person will be able to pick up your child from camp. If a situation arises where someone other than the parent or guardian needs to collect your child, you must contact SMILE Camp to inform us.
