This camp will teach the students about the creation of a good recipe, the proper basic techniques, and even the chemical and physical changes behind the cooking of food. Students will learn about the nutrition of the foods they eat on a daily basis and understand what makes food healthy or unhealthy. Campers will experiment with creating new foods from scratch, including baking bread, making pasta, and cooking vegetables and meats. During the week students will also cook an egg, un-cook the egg using science, and finally, re-cook the egg without using heat! This camp is perfect for budding cooks to full fledged chefs, as we will be teaching cooking and science techniques to all skill levels.

Program Hours 8:30 am - 4:30 pm M-F 

Drop-off is from 8:00 - 8:30 am and pickup is from 4:30 - 5:00 pm

We can provide early care before 8:00 am and late pickup between 5:00 - 6:00 pm for an extra fee.
