Thinking about becoming an engineer? What type of engineer do you want to be? Taste of Engineering is a camp designed to help campers explore the different fields of engineering to help answer just that!
Covering nuclear, materials, electrical, computer, mechanical and aerospace, industrial, civil, and textiles engineering all throughout the week, campers will get to learn what a day in each field is like with specialized, hands-on experiments and perspectives from professionals and students!
We will focus on 2 to 3 fields per day and explain how all engineers use the same tool box of problem solving, creativity, math, and communication to accomplish different goals in the different fields.
Program Hours 8:30am-4:30pm M-F
Drop-off is from 8:00-8:30am and pickup is from 4:30-5:00pm
We can provide early care before 8:00am and late pickup between 5:00-6:00pm for an extra fee.
